From a compact 4 ft curl bar to a full 7 ft Olympic barbell rated up to 1500 lb, HANDBODE's bar lineup is built from alloy steel with a hard chrome or E-coat finish to resist rust and wear. Knurled grip zones keep hands locked in through heavy pulls and presses, and 28–30mm sleeve diameters fit standard Olympic plates and most home power racks.

Made from 100% recycled, vulcanized rubber with a reinforced steel center ring, HANDBODE bumper plates are built to absorb repeated drops from overhead lifts without cracking the floor or the plate itself. High-bounce construction and color-coded weight markings speed up loading between sets, and every plate fits standard 2-inch Olympic sleeves.
